Interviewing qualified applicants: August 1, 2006 - September 19, 2006. Six weeks training program begins September 25, 2006.



As a collector, you will be responsible for collecting on past due, unsecured, credit cards. You will make contact by telephone and build a relationship with the customer to evaluate their individual situation to help them find the right solution for their account. Your objective will be to obtain a "promise to pay," by negotiating a payment suitable to both the customer and Chase.

Stable Work History High school diploma or equivalent Adaptability to a fast pace call center environment Ability to learn rules, regulations and laws pertaining to consumer credit and collections Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Analytical ability Good decision making skills Some customer experience (via telephone or in person) preferred
