Due to explosive growth and commanding market shares, Nationwide Credit is seeking full and part time collectors with a proven track record to join our staff.

Must be knowledgeable of basic skip tracing, comfortable with negotiation skills and be able to get the money.

Current business is prime T&E, oil and bank card files.

Excellent benefit program and commission potential in a professional office setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency
Negotiate payment arrangements
Use a computerized system for tracking and information gathering
Answer inquiries and resolves problems
Responsible for reviewing aging accounts
Evaluate and assess customer’s credit and financial situation
