Collections Supervisor

IRMC, a global provider of customer management solutions, is seeking talented candidates for this position at our West Palm Beach operations.

This position is responsible for handling the on-going development of associates and weekly/monthly tracking and analysis of associate performance. Must take proactive measures to ensure that all associates are performing at acceptable levels. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS from a four-year college and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment along with previous collections experience. This position requires superior analytical and communication skills and the ability to multi-task, think critically about performance improvement, and motivate employees.

POSITION SUMMARY:
* Associate Development - Handle the on-going development of associates and skill set enhancement necessary after initial training. Must provide daily coaching to improve associate and center performance in terms of account liquidation.

* Team Meetings - Conduct informative team meetings that include elements of training to positively impact associate performance.

* Payroll - Responsible for all associate time cards and the accuracy of these.

* Performance Analysis - Responsible for weekly/ monthly tracking of associate performance and its analysis. Must take proactive measures to insure that all associates are performing at acceptable levels.

* Staff Retention - Must create and maintain a positive team atmosphere and provide positive leadership to minimize associate turnover.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have previous supervisory experience in a call center
* Previous collections experience needed.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel knowledge is required.
* BA/BS degree preferred.
* Ability to multi-task, think critically about performance improvement, and motivate employees.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Ability to be a self-starter who requires little management support to accomplish day-to-day activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be flexible with shift requirements.

Salary based on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
