Collections Representative

The Collector is responsible for contacting customers regarding their past due accounts.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
Negotiates and facilitates loan payment schedules for customers.
Follows up on loan repayment agreements.
Analyzes and determines future disposition of customer's account.
Verifies and documents all applicable information into collection system.
Attempts to negotiate payments via expedited payment methods.


Schedule requirements: Full time (40 hours/week)
Must work at least 2 nights/week (1:00p – 9:30p)
Must work every other Saturday (8:30a – 12:30p)

Part Time (must work a minimum of 20 hours/week)
Must work at least 3 nights/week (4:30p – 9:30p)
Must work every other Saturday (8:30a – 12:30p)
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations.

Basic computer skills with knowledge of email functions and Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues.
