We are seeking an AMBITIOUS COLLECTIONS PARALEGAL for our fast paced and innovative company. The candidate must be results-oriented
and have excellent communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate needs to have at least 3 years of experience.
Candidate will be drafting pleadings and contracts for collection purposes, and maintain legal files. Also must have knowledge in both state and federal laws. The candidate shall also possess the ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
Must have knowledge in microsoft word and excel.
Bi-lingual is a plus. (English and Spanish)
