Classification: Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $60000.00 per year Our client, a growing company near Baltimore, is seeking a Collections Manager. Ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Position requires at least five years of collections experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role. Typical duties include enforcing collections policies, developing strategies and goals, interfacing with multiple departments, analyzing accounts receivable aging reports and supervising collections staff.
