Collections Manager

Individual will oversee and provide leadership in resolving/litigating past due accounts and be in communication and facilitate Litigation Attorneys in resolving challenging accounts. Will coach, guide, and motivate collections team and increase productivity and collection results. Develop and implement weekly and monthly collection reports for communicating and tracking collections results.
REQUIREMENTS
Individual must have a minimum of 2 years of college with preference for those having a bachelor's degree. Must have at least 3 years experience in collections & resolutions and two years management experience. Customer service, negotiations, and skip tracing a plus.
