Collections Account Manager

We are currently adding a Collections Account Manager II in our St. Petersburg, FL location. Paperwork and supporting documentation processing. Adherence to FDCPA and applicable state laws while maintaining departmental collection standards.
REQUIREMENTS
-High school graduate or equivalent
-1 year of collections call center experience
-Good verbal communication and telephone skills
-Ability to work under a performance based commission pay plan
-Good overall attendance and performance review
-Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule-Computer Literate
-Ability to multi-task
