The Job-
Collection Specialists negotiate payment arrangements on past due bills with consumers who owe money to other large national companies. Accounts may be active, late, or due in full. Collectors must resolve past due balances, as well as handle disputes and adjustments.

Positions are full-time and include some evenings and Saturday mornings. Collection experience is required. An hourly rate and commissions is provided for professional candidates with a steady job history and basic keyboard experience.

Due to an increase in business, several positions may need to be filled immediately - we may be hiring tomorrow's managers today!

The following skills are required for Collection Specialist positions:
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
. Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
. Commitment to a Full-Time schedule, with some evenings and Saturday mornings required.
. Basic computer or keyboard skills.
. Previous experience is required in collections.
. A positive and professional attitude and a motivated work ethic is very important.
