Cobol Programmer Tax Code Experts

Purpose: Teksystems is currently interviewing individuals in the Columbus area for a large client.

Our client is looking for 3 mainframe programmers to aid us with Tax Reporting Enhancements.

2 of these Programmers will Program Mainframe Tax reporting by Zip Code rather than Tax Code and they need those 2 for approximately 3.5 months, not to exceed 640 hours total each AND 1 of these Programmers to Create Tax codes for additional Jurisdictions & Update Tax Exemption rules for new Jurisdictions for approximately 3 month, not to exceed 560 hours.

All work must be completed by the end of fiscal January.

Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years of recent VERY STRONG DB2 experience, Accounting background (Tax Code) and CICS backend programming with Cobol.

Candidates without 7-10 years of RECENT COBOL, DB2, CICS experience, will not be considered.
