Co-Sourcing Federal Corporate Tax Senior

to process improvement that can help their tax department maximize its strategic value to the organization.
The Cosourcing Federal Corporate tax senior is a core member of the team, essentially functioning as an integral component of the client's tax department.  The senior will be assigned to various client locations in the North East and will be exposed to diverse business and tax processes. 
The Cosourcing senior will assist the manager in the gathering of information, coordination of the compliance team and the preparation / review of tax returns, tax provision calculations and other related activities.  Two or more years experience in preparing and reviewing federal and/or international and/or state/local income tax returns.
  Prior Big 4 / Medium size firm or large corporation experience a plus.
  Knowledge of project management including work plans, timelines, budgeting, and client correspondence a plus.
  Strong communication skills required.
  Must possess good
technology skills.
  CORPTax experience a plus.
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
  Master's Degree a plus but not required.
