Closer-Commercial Finance, Real Estate

Our client is one of the worlds largest and most diversified commercial real estate investors. Currently they are looking for an individual to execute and close approved equity investments in their U. S. based business unit
*The qualified candidate will collaborate with legal counsel whether internal or external to ensure Joint Venture transactions are closed in accordance with requisite approvals.
*He/she will verify that all due diligence is complete, analyzed and properly reflected in the deal structure
*Ensure that all "post-approval" deal changes are properly documented and approved
*"Handing off" the closed investment to Asset Management in a seamless fashion.
*Required travel (20%-25%)
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor Degree in finance, real estate, or accounting is preferred or equivalent and 10 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in commercial real estate as an underwriter, asset manager or closer
*Working knowledge of Capital Market and Products
*Demonstrated credibility with both external and internal customers
*Highly motivated, self-starter with customer-focused mentality ...
