PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking administrative staff fully dedicated to
providing superior customer service support to our client engagement teams.
Teams may be located in PwC offices or at client sites and may include
Assurance Client Portfolio (CPT) Teams.Individuals will be expected to consistently deliver a high-quality work
product, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills
and a "How can I help?" customer service attitude are imperative to succeed in
this position. Technical knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word and of
PwC's Global Financial System (GFS) is required along with a common sense,
logical approach to tasks. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a
proactive approach to meeting objectives and the proven ability to work well
under pressure. A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
are critical.Create, update, maintain and archive and locate client files in accordance with
retention policies and standard file guidance
Create, update, and maintain a wide variety of client- and engagement-related
correspondence, including preparing client reports
Manage and prioritize client team and client-related communications from a wide
variety of sources
Use firm-wide communications and correspondence tools, including Lotus Notes
and Microsoft Suite
Run routine reports from GFS for various purposes and utilize FS reports from
GFS to prepare billing correspondence
Prepare and secure approval of client bills
Input, manage and maintain data within discipline-specific software and
databases as required
Assist in the management of a wide variety of client team and client-related
meetings, both local and off-site
Prepare, distribute and maintain client team meeting notes and complete other
follow up requirements
Coordinate logistics/facilities required to carry out work at client sites
including equipment, space/room set-up, and procurement of specialized supplies
Support a wide variety of ad hoc client team projects
Provide support to visiting PwC and client personnel; assist with security
requirements and escort as appropriate
Generate client deliverables
Answer questions regarding T&E policies
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Associates Degree preferred or 3+ years related experience.Essential Requirements:
Customer service experience required.
