Client Special Projects Coordinator

The Client Special Projects Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
*Serve as primary point person for a brand new loan servicing portfolio, which includes responsibilities in maximizing the performance of the portfolio in all aspects.
*Accumulate data for monthly servicer report to client representatives on the performance of the portfolio on a monthly basis.
*Perform review on high-maintenance Clients and develop comprehensive training plan with schedule for implementation. Coordinate training trips as needed.
*Serve as the primary person for bank account control function. Work with the finance department to assign bank accounts to lender codes. Communicate with clients to receive wiring instructions and resolve issues involving the finance department.
*Assist VP-Client Relations with write-up of servicing agreements, amendments and other legal documents working with Legal
*Handle prospective client communications including marketing materials, proposals and servicing opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
*3+ years in Loan Servicing/Finance/Marketing. Collections and Customer Service background required. Payment Processing background preferred. Design/layout experience preferred.
* Mortgage/Loan experience HIGHLY desired
*Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
*Advanced use of PC Software—MS Office, Powerpoint.
*Excel in effective and positive communication, in both formal and informal settings, upward, downward, and laterally, using appropriate channels of communication.
*Must demonstrate creative strength, challenge conventional practices, and be able to work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
*Knowledge of Act2000 desirable.
*Business travel is periodically required.
