REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must possess:
High School diploma and 1 - 3 years of high call volume call center experience
Understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls and resolve them in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Ability to work weekends and provide possible coverage for second and third shifts on weekends
