Client Services Representative

OMR Systems Corporation, a division of SS&C Technologies, Inc. based in Skillman, New Jersey, has several openings for experienced and talented Client Service Representatives. This division of SS&C supports its products’ Trading Assistant (TA) and TradeThru (TT), which are implemented in Banks, Central Banks, and Corporate Treasuries around the world. TA and TT are front, middle, and back office trade processing systems covering FX, Money Markets, Bonds, Equities, Derivatives and Metals. The scope of the applications support everything from Trade Execution, Position Keeping, Risk Management, Back Office Processing (Straight Through Processing), Confirmation, Settlements, Accounting, Reporting, and various other Treasury related functions.This position will include responsibilities for supporting all client activities including project management, incident reports, new enhancements, specification writing, testing, training and software deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications required include:• 5-7 years experience in banking/financial services/brokerage industry
• Good writing/presentation skills
• Ability to work with clients directly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, etc.
