We are searching for an outgoing professional to join our Schaumburg, IL team as a Client Services Analyst. In this unique role, you would implement customer renewals and new business while working on special projects, allowing you to get a full perspective of our organization. We offer a great team environment, flexibility and ample opportunities for advancement.



Primary responsibilities include:


Working with account managers and salespeople to implement renewals/new business


Serving as a project manager to ensure timely and accurate processes


Communicating with clients and brokers to resolve benefit issues


Participating in special projects and analysis as needed


Job Requirements:

Project management experience is essential to this role, along with strong analytical problem-solving skills. Knowledge of requests for proposals (RFPs) is preferred, as in a varied background in insurance-related issues. Stellar communication skills are a must, and computer proficiency is needed.
