Client Account Manager

Job Description:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and their patient charges, accounts receivable, and monthly financial performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a positive and productive relationship with assigned clients.
Present monthly, quarterly and annual financial data and billing trends to client at monthly meetings.
Coordinate with billing operations management and staff on billing metrics for assigned clients, assuring that the clients needs and expectations are being met.
Address all client relationship issues and concerns, with the support of billing operations and the executive team when needed.
Communicate company initiatives (technology, compliance and operations) to assigned clients and solicit their feedback and participation as needed.
Handle ad hoc client requests.

Job Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Solid PC skills
3-5 years experience in medical billing, insurance or related field in a position that required constant client contact.
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate grace under pressure while managing the needs of multiple clients.
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
