Job Description

BMS Reimbursement Management, located in Upland, California, is a rapidly growing company specializing in billing and collection services to the medical rehabilitation market. BMS is the largest billing company in the US servicing free-standing physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology practices.

BMS has an immediate opening for CFO/VP Finance. This position requires an experienced, entrepreneurial individual who will oversee the financial aspects of this growing business. This individual must be able to work independently as well as function as an integral member of the company's senior management team. This role will involve strategic planning, business plan modeling, cost-of-service analysis, and working closely with CEO and Board of Directors to grow this company.

Salary will be commiserate with experience along with opportunity for stock option grants and participation in management incentive compensation program.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Overview

Cash Flow analysis & forecast
Budget and Forecast- Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
G/L
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process.
Produce company financial and business metrics reports
Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity
Plan and coordinate-External Audit
-Bank A/R audit (semiannual)
-Workers Comp audit
Prepare property tax returns
Coordinate outside CPAs with Federal and State corp. tax returns
Maintaining amortization schedules for capital leases
Send monthly and quarterly reports to outside investors
Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Monthly-bank compliance reporting.
Manage relationships with banks, vendors and customers
Management of fixed assets
Maintaining Cap tables and shareholder detailed worksheets
Proper reporting of bank facilities
Oversee all A/P & A/R functions
Conformance to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Cost analysis
Project planning and financial modeling
Strategic planning
