Cash Management Supervisor

The Cash Management Supervisor monitors daily cash management transactions, reports cash operation activities and executes borrowing/investment transactions.
-Ensures adequate liquidity and proper investments.
-Prepares cash flow projections.
-Additional responsibilities include determination of short-term cash to be invested and anticipation of short-term borrowing needs.
-Responsible for liquidity management.
-Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities
-Determines daily cash balances available for investment
-Executes funds movement transactions
-Manages day-to-day bank relationships
-Perform transaction and resolve errors
-Report cash operation activities
-Anticipate short-term borrowing needs
-Prepare cash flow projections
-Ensure adequate liquidity
-Execute funds movement and investment transactions
-Resolve cash issues in a timely manner
-Appropriately invest excess cash balances
-Manage short term credit needs
-Controls bank account balances
-Reconciles all cash and investment accounts
-Administers short-term investments
-Gather and interprets cash flow and other financial data
-Implements cash management systems and trains staff on the systems
-Analyze economic situation
-Recommend cash management policies
-Approve ACH & wire transfers
-Special projects in cash management and treasury area

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
-Certified Treasury Professional preferred
-Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
-Prior supervisory experience preferred
-Experience with Oracle Financials, desired
-Experience in a large company; utility industry experience preferred
