Cash Applications Specialist

Ideal candidate should have previous cash experience and be able to work in a team environment. Attention to detail is a must.Responsibilities and duties include:

Identify and apply cash to appropriate A/R accounts.

Copy and distribute any checks that short/over pay invoices.

Hand out and track checks to other regions.

Document regions cash each week to balance to the bank.

Copy and distribute any checks that can not be identified.

Maintain files and follow up on all checks that are unapplied.

Write up refunds.

Processes credit card payments weekly.

Pull checks.

Write up adjustments.

Processes Transfer adjustments weekly.

Hand out mail.

Reconcile weekly with the other regions.

Help other regions when needed

Attend weekly meetings.
