About The Position: Atlanta office seeks a
capital finance and real estate paralegal having a four-year college
degree or equivalent paralegal experience. Paralegal certificate is
preferred. UCC experience is required. Transactional, commercial
lending or banking paralegal experience is desired. Should be
proficient in MS Office Suite and computer databases. May be required
to work overtime.
