Call Center Supervisor - Collections

Call Center Supervisor for first-stage deliquency in Credit Card Collections. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of supervising and developing a team of collectors. Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work flow. Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Recommends operational improvements. Responsible for day-to-day application of policies and procedures. Monitors performance of staff members according to established standards and conducts performance evaluations. Trains and coaches staff. Responsible for conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:1-2 years of experience supervising a team of 10 or more staff members.
Must be able to work an afternoon/evening schedule. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word. Demonstrated ability to develop the skills and abilities of a team. Proven leadership and motivational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
* Preferred Skills:Bilingual in Spanish and English.
