About us-
Cambridge Management Group, LLC (CMG), a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is in the business of providing funding to plaintiffs that have been injured through the negligence of others and to plaintiff's attorneys for the costs and expenses of litigations and appeals. We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Rep for our Hackensack, NJ location.
If you are a highly dedicated and customer-focused team player, willing to take personal responsibility for making our company a success then this is the position for you.
The Job-
•Handling inbound/outbound phone calls to clients, brokers, and attorneys in an efficient and courteous manner.
•Ability to quickly and efficiently obtain client case information.
•Refers customers, brokers and attorneys to designated departments when necessary.
•Responds to customer inquiries regarding requests for funding.
•Solicits sale of new or additional funding.
•Addresses complaints concerning processing time and approval amounts through to resolution.
•Inputs all information into MS Access based database.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications-
•Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
•Detail oriented.
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Ability to prioritize workflow.
•Must have good resolution skills.
•Moderate computer skills (MS Office).
•Ability to speak other languages in addition to English is a plus.
•Previous experience working in a financial services company is a plus.
•Ability to respond promptly to customers' requests for service and assistance.
•Ability to speak clearly, listen and get clarification and respond well to questions.
•Ability to complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
•Associate's Degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
