We are currently seeking a Corporate Accountant- Construction to join our office located in Boston, MA.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT: CONSTRUCTION - Boston, MA

Responsibilities:
Work with Division Heads to ensure that the divisions are performing based on budget
Advise Division Heads, senior management and outside clients on financial aspects of monthly reporting and operations
Monitor client billings and collections
Review department Overhead expenses for accuracy
Daily cash management and general ledger maintenance
Ensure compliance with relative Owner and Subcontractor contract agreements and with state sales tax laws
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
Strong detail orientation
Prioritization skills
Construction/real estate knowledge helpful, not required
Knowledge and experience using Lotus Notes helpful
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Computer proficiency in Excel
