COO

An Entrepreneurial Consumer Products Company located in Monmouth County, NJ is searching for a COO who will handle the following responsibilities:

- Oversee planning, budgeting, & forecasting
- Control infrastructure (develop and implement internal controls over the key operating areas of the organization
- Enforcing control processes and systems.
- Oversee integrated MIS system for purchasing sales, production, forecasting, budget, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and payroll.
- Cash management, including cash flow forecasting, lender agreements and relations
- Manage accounting staff, including sales support, budget vs. actual analysis, billing, payables, receivables, taxes, and capital expenditures.
- Provide strategic, operational, and financial analysis and advice for all areas of company operations, including sales and marketing strategy, new product development, provider management, and new market opportunities.
- Interact with auditors, legal staff, and outside vendors.
- Oversee MIS staff to ensure system controls and proper reporting results.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Candidates will posses:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with and distributing to the larger size retail companies a big plus

The total compensation range is from $145,000 to $165,000.
