CONTROLLER - DYNAMIC GROWTH COMPANY!

Total compensation: $90,000 - $100,000+We are a dynamic manufacturer in one of the fastest growing industries in the world. We are in need of a "hands on" Controller to head up the financial function of one of our fastest growing and profitable operations. This is a position that demands not only financial skills, but also the ability to understand the company's operations, to think strategically and to partner with the company's operational leadership. Bean counters need not apply!In this position, you will have complete responsibility for the accounting and finance functions of the operation, while also partnering with operations management and getting involved in deciding the strategic direction of the operation. You will help drive efficiencies and improvements in the company's financial infrastructure. You will develop and mentor other financial professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for this tremendous opportunity should have an undergraduate degree in accounting and at least 7 years of experience, some of which must be in a manufacturing environment, ideally at the Controller or Assistant Controller level. Strong cost accounting knowledge is a must. A CPA or MBA is a plus.
