CONTROLLER - CPA

Corporate Controller
Excellent opportunity with established company located near the Galleria is seeking a Corporate Controller who will be responsible for directing the organization's accounting functions.

Oversee A/P, A/R and General Ledger
Fixed assets and balance sheet account reconciliations
SEC reporting
Development and implementation of appropriate financial controls
Preparation of financial and management reports and procedures
Analysis and interpretation of financial trends, presentation and findings and specific recommendations to senior management

REQUIREMENTS

This position requires:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required, MBA preferred
8 - 10 years accounitng experience
