CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY PROPERTY TAX ANALYST

CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY/PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ANALYSTThis full time position is responsible for analytical and administrative support for the accounts payable operation, consignment inventory reconciliations, customer service for vendors and all aspects of personal property tax reporting.

Reconciliation of all consignment inventory accounts with vendors:Obtaining vendor balances and compare the vendor item detail with sku detail.Research and document reasons for variances. Determine amount due to vendor for any shrinkage or adjustment issues.Communicate finalized reconciliation information to vendor. Prepare agreement letter and submit to vendor for signature. Provide supporting detail as neededAssist with bi-weekly memo sales reporting and payment processing.Assist with consignment accounts payable to perpetual inventory reconciliations.

Personal property tax accounting and reporting.Compile reports for reporting to the various tax authorities.File personal property tax returns and issue payments as scheduled.

Reconcile store bank accounts.

Process accounting entries for bounced checks and submit to collection agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience with bank and account reconciliations.

Must be proficient with work and excel.
