Primary duties include collecting and resolving outstanding payments, interacting with various departments to reconcile customer accounts, reviewing customer accounts and updating customer database as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must possess one year more high volume collections experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
