COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE

QUIK CASH, a growing national loan company with over 500 locations, is looking to expand our team.

We are currently looking for an individual to join our TEAM as a Collection Associate in our SEDALIA branch.

The position will be responsible for:

administering collection efforts on past due loans,
conducting customer transactions,
documenting and resolving customer service issues,
conducting bank transactions as needed,
maintaining branch safety and security standards,and
ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate MUST have experience in collections.

Also needed:
strong customer service skills,
previous payday loans experience,
cash handling experience,
retail or restaurant service experience,
reliable transportation,
and be able to work with minimal supervision.
