COLLECTIONS ANALYST

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Collections Analyst. This is a full time position. This individual will monitor outstanding Accounts Receivable balances, taking appropriate action for collection. Also, develop and communicate overall collections strategy, policies & procedures to donors, monitor organizational application & compliance, and design & implement initiatives to reduce uncollectible debt, while maximizing the recovery of old outstanding balances.
REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA Degree in Business or equivalent and/or a minimum of 7 years experience required in both credit and collection work. Solid PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word also required. Knowledge of ANDAR a plus. Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are also needed. Must have strong knowledge of the collections process.
