The Warner Co. is the Central Valley’s premier independent retail jeweler. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality merchandise and exceptional service to every client. In January 2007, we will open a new retail location in northwest Fresno, which promises to be the most exciting jewelry shopping experience ever seen in California – and YOU could be part of it!

We are currently seeking candidates for our CLIENT SERVICES TEAM, which combines both administrative responsibilities and direct contact with clients on our sales floor. This is a team-focused position, with the goal of assisting our sales staff in providing clients with a fun, memorable experience in our store.

Job responsibilities will include:
Assisting sales associates in responding to clients’ needsPerforming cashiering and gift-wrap dutiesKeeping “behind-the-scenes” areas organized, clean, and properly stocked.Interaction with clients both over the telephone and on the sales floorUtilizing our computer system and client database to answer questions and generate reports.

Multiple full-time positions are available, to begin work immediately. Those who excel in a Client Services position may be considered for a position as a Sales Associate.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to every clientBe self-motivated and able to work without direct supervisionHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe highly organized and detail-orientedBe able to multi-task and stay focused in a busy environmentBe team-focused, and willing to participate in special projectsBe able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including evenings and weekendsExperience in high end retail environments, the hospitality industry and/or bank telling is required.
