CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER with SECURITIES

Carpinteria company seeks a CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER with securities industry background to report to the COO.

The ideal candidate will have excellent financial and accounting skills with specific expertise in the following:

-Budgeting & forecasting

-Modeling

-Excel and PowerPoint

-Outstanding verbal and presentation skills for high level internal and external presentations

-Strong supervisory skills with a straight forward attitude and ability to allow staff to work without micro-management

-Knowledge of Navision is a plus

-Licensed in the securities industry or willing to become licensed

We are looking for a sharp, energetic individual who is looking for growth and upward mobility within the company.
