CFO: For Growing Group of Upscale Orange County Drug Stores:
-With plans to double in size, this represents a challenging growth opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Accounting/Financial professional.
-Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will be a strategic partner with operations managers in providing timely analysis and insights to enhance financial results

Responsibilities include:
*Consolidated financial reporting, budgets, and projections
*Establishment and monitoring of internal controls
*Supervision of all Accounting processes, personnel & HR functions, cash management, insurance, and banking relations
*Integration of GL, Rx, 3rd party billing, and financial reporting systems

Requirements:
*BS degree in Accounting or Finance
*Seven plus years experience in financial management in a Retail environment
*In-depth knowledge of 3rd party billing and controls
*Strong background in Accounting & Financial reporting systems
*A motivated, analytical, personable, innovative professional who leads by accomplishment
