CDO Analyst

CDO Analyst
In this role you will insure timely/accurate financial reporting to the internal and external organization. You will also be responsible for analyzing payment data and communicating/reporting to internal groups by monitoring reports and systems that are the responsibility of the CDO organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for financial reporting of all payable accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis including Goods Receipts/Invoice receipt reconciliation. You will also monitor vendor statements and overdue invoices.

You will reconcile the inbound freight and month end close issues and back up the weekly freight reconciliation. In addition, you will monitor GL transactions between the freight system and SAP and repair if necessary. You will also be responsible for establishing vendor communication for EFT set ups, monitoring Sarbanes-Oxley controls to insure compliance, establishing vendor communication for EFT set-ups, and reviewing Duplicate Payment Report for Accounts Payable and verify and release foreign payments.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Bachelors Degree required, with Finance/Accounting concentration a plus
Two or more years of experience in accounting/finance is required
Strong analytical and computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
