C/S Customer Care Account Mgr

These products are used to inspect people, baggage, cargo and other objects for weapons, explosives, drugs and other contraband.

Summary:
•Responsible for answering telephone call inquiries and promoting our products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Utilize personal daily customer interactions to promote Customer Support Services and Rapiscan Security products within the region.
•Cultivate, improve and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and Field Technicians through service completion.
•Interface with internal groups and project teams to schedule personnel.
•Follow and execute procedures.
•Provide informative proactive feedback to management and report Customer needs and concerns to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
•Coordinate travel and hotel needs for visiting guests and off site departmental meetings.
•Travel to and conduct customer site visits.
REQUIREMENTS
Education, Requirements and/or Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree (minimum) plus 4 years of related experience.
•Ability to succeed in high-pressure, fast paced environment.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
•Knowledge of Navision systems a plus.
•Good verbal and written communication skill as well as prior customer service experience.
•Experience for global service provider of manufactured products a plus.

Language Skills:
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reposts and correspondence.
