Business Systems Support Analyst - Heart of the Financial District

Our client is a well-established company serving all of Northern California.
They are located near the Financial District of San Francisco, overlooking the beautiful Sydney Walton Park in walking distance to: public transportation, parking, the Ferry Building, Embarcadero, North Beach, and Chinatown.

The Business Systems Application Analyst will:
· Configure and administer business systems applications related to JD Edwards / Peoplesoft / Oracle Workforce Management (HR/Payroll).
· Identify, assess, troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of complex systems related issues.
· Enable process improvement through use and configuration of system.
· Provide support for system implementations and upgrades, including testing modifications to business systems applications
· Provide ongoing functional support to in-house Payroll department and Human Resources Department as well as end-users at multiple subsidiary locations.
· Create and conduct training on business systems applications in conjunction with HR/Payroll departments.
· Develop reports using various report writing end user tools.
REQUIREMENTS
The Successful Candidate should have:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· A focus on finance with some computer science courses and related training preferred.
· Requires 4+ years related experience
· Expert knowledge of financial systems applications
· JD Edwards / PeopleSoft / Oracle application experience required
· Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to enhance existing processes
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Valid Class C drivers license
