Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst within the Business Analytics Development Team, your responsibilities include implementing and supporting digital tools that provide Business Intelligence solutions, custom web based business analytics, and standardized reports. Through delivery of these various tools, this position will partner with internal Business Process Leaders to streamline business processes & improve employee productivity allowing them to deliver on the company objectives of significant, profitable growth.


Key areas of responsibility:
Work with internal customers to scope & define Reporting & Analytical projects.
Facilitate cross-functional project team of Business & Development resources.
Provide prompt, professional Customer Support.
Simultaneously work multiple projects.
Ensure utilization of consistent project methodology including documentation.
Contribute to the strategic IT efforts including SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects XI.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Profile

The Ideal Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems or Finance) or equivalent work experience.

Essential Skills / Experience include:
1-3 years experience in similar analyst role.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access.
Team Leadership / Facilitation / Conflict resolution.
Willingness to learn new techniques and tools.

Experiences with any of the following will be a plus:
Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SAP BW.
Delivering User Training.
