Job Description
Lead Fulfillment Services process remediation efforts. Proactively work with process owners in Fulfillment Services to identify process improvement opportunities. Drive process improvements by defining and documenting opportunities in business requirements documents and prioritizing with various stakeholders including BP&A, E&T, Strategy, PD&C, Training, etc. Collaborate within CSD and Chase Card Services to understand and optimize technology tools and maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate implementation of approved process improvement requests by working with process owners and key stakeholders. Work with members of the Remediation team to understand the root causes of issues and define process improvements to prevent repeat occurrences. Represent Fulfillment Services at key stakeholder meetings e.g., ISTAR, CCOMS, Phoenix, etc. and be able to speak to key issues and issue resolution progress. Assist on and/or lead special projects. This position is the lead job in the Remediation team and will be responsible for managing about 5 exempts and up to 50 non-exempts.
90 day Expectations
Understand the credit card life cycle and obtain a high level understanding of the regulatory environment. Integrate into the Remediation team, Fulfillment Services, and CSD. This includes meeting and building relationships with all key stakeholders and understanding the organization and its processes. Represent Fulfillment Services at key stakeholder meetings e.g., ISTAR, CCOMS, Phoenix, etc. and be able to speak to key issues and issue resolution progress. Assist with and/or lead Fulfillment Services prioritization of process improvements with all key stakeholders. Be a key contributor in the Fulfillment Services leadership team and help drive the organization forward in maturing its processes and systems.
All of the above expectations precede the ultimate goal of requiring the candidate to:Through review of existing policies and procedures as well as process walkthrough's with employees performing the work, be able to understand Fulfillment Services processes; including key inputs, outputs, outcomes, and metrics and be able to articulate where the greatest opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency lie.Understand drivers of open issues and develop process improvements (detailed in business requirements documents) to prevent future occurrences.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of operational experience managing people and process. Must be able to prioritize issues and allocate resources to resolve/remediate issues. Ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing processes, identifying issues, assessing impacts, and resolving/remediating issues. Operational audit, process mapping, risk management and issue management experience a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills required. This is a high visibility position that will require frequent interaction with CCS senior managers - interpersonal effectiveness and relationship-building skills are critical. A high degree of flexibility in working individually and in teams is also required. Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
