Business ManagerThe Alexandria Sanitation Authority is seeking a Business Manager to lead the accounting, payroll, purchasing and warehouse functions. Reporting to the Director of Employee, Customer & Fiscal Services, this position is a key role in building toward ASA’s future. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience, a minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting practices, including 3 years of supervisory experience, Knowledge of financial systems & software, strong analytical skills, ability to develop financial plans and manage resources, experience with participative budgeting processes, ability to take a broad, organization-wide perspective, a service-orientated view of finance, excellent people skills, with experience working in a highly collaborative environment, strong people management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
