KCI, an equal opportunity employer, is currently seeking a Business Financial Analyst III to support our San Antonio headquarters based Homecare Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial and/or business related analyses; collecting and interpreting data from various internal and external sources; preparing and compiling data; developing forecasts and analyzing trends regarding financial matters and/or general business conditions as needed by department/division. May analyze operational needs and costs. Additional responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

1.Prepare and analyze periodic reports (daily, weekly, etc.), identifying trends and opportunities for business improvement
2.Perform adhoc analysis and create presentations as needed to assist the Home Care management to establish strategic direction and achieve their performance goals
3.Interpret reports, and develop charts and graphs that present findings and trends for management; may develop alternative actions
4.Monitor and control dept spending.
5.Assist with/coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities with field analysts
6.Develop new internal financial processes and tools as required
7.Review existing internal financial processes and tools for compliance and improvement
8.Participate in any and all reasonable work activities and on appropriate cross-functional teams as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
2.Minimum five (5) years work experience in a sales environment including financial analysis, budget development and analysis, accounting and project management. MBA may substitute for some experience.
3.Recent experience in a deadline driven, rapidly changing environment highly useful.
4.Strong applied mathematical skills
5.Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
6.Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7.Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize; superb attention to detail
8.Strong analytical skills to develop executive summaries
9.Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude.
10.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
11.Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
