In this position your purpose will be to drive revenue and profits by targeting qualifiedprospects in the Finance & Accounting arena to market for new business. You will becalling on these prospects, determining business potential, meeting with hiringmanagers and buying influences, and providing them with short and long-term staffingsolutions. This position involves using a consultative selling approach to captureexisting market opportunities as well as creating new ones. In addition, you willmanage the client relationship to ensure exceptional customer service and maximizereturn on investment.The qualifications for this position require a minimum of two years experience in aFinance & Accounting related field. A minimum of two years selling experiencepreferably service and/or solutions related. A college degree in Finance, Accounting,or a Business related field is preferred. A strong motivation and enthusiasm for sellingservices and solutions is required. The ability to develop and maintain excellent clientrelations through effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
