Business Development Coordinator provide internal sales support for the internal wholesalers (RPSAs), assist with identifying prospects within our focus firms, help to deploy RFP & marketing material requests, handle website inquiries, coordinate proposal entry overflow when needed and provide overtime and overflow inbound call assistance as needed.
Where this job may lead: Retirement Plan Communication Associate (Enroller), RPSA, RPSA Team Leader / Manager, Regional Account Manager, Regional Marketing Director, Regional Vice President
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, 1-2 years work experience related to sales and marketing via internships, full-time employment, Series 6 or 7 and 63 Registration plus state insurance and variable annuity licenses are a plus, but not required upon hire, Effective sales and marketing skills
