Business Analyst with Financial Services Experience

We are currently seeking experienced Business Analysts with knowledge of the brokerage, investment management, mortgage, and/or asset securitization industries to join our team. The Willow Group, Inc. is a fast-growing business and IT consulting firm that specializes in project management, and business and information systems development and delivery in the financial services industry. We are located in Minneapolis and the majority of the work is in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Relocation assistance is available for these positions.
REQUIREMENTS
Business analyst candidates should have at least four years of experience defining requirements for critical application systems, performing gap analysis and developing new processes and procedures. Structured analysis, use case development and systems development methodology experience is required. Testing and training experience is a plus.
