Business Analyst - Finance Systems

Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Capital SolutionsFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: Work with GECS and P&L Finance teams to deliver new and enhanced business processes enabled by IT solutions to deliver on growth and simplification objectives. The primary focus will be on areas including Pricing, Planning, Borrowings, Match Funding, Tax and Reconciliation
Support Business Capability Managers in solution discussions and early phase estimates
Develop process designs to support business solutions and clarify business requirements and use cases
Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for Systems Analysts development or application evaluation
Identify and define application requirements and use cases
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the Systems Analysts and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
Designs / executes integrated (business, functional and technical) test planning
Act as liaison between business area and application/change management area throughout deployment
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong business analysis, planning and system implementation skills
Ability to interact with and influence clients, team members and management
Self starter with a high energy levelEligibility Requirements:
