Bus Payroll Sales Rep

Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services is searching for a highly motivated outside Sales Consultant for the El Paso, TX area. Come work with a leader in the Business Payroll Services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates to continue a successful sales career.This is an outside sales position selling payroll and tax processing services to businesses with varying financial needs. Duties will include self-sourcing of new payroll sales opportunities in addition to networking with other Wells Fargo business units. Responsibilities include developing and delivering formal presentations to prospective new clients and on-going sales and sales development support. Also responsible for adhering to all Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services programs and policies.Total expected annual compensation (Salary + Commissions) at achieved goal targets is in the $65 - 70K range.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of outside sales experience in a consultative Business-to-Business environment selling a complex suite of products and solutions.
Skilled at direct-sourcing and prospecting of new clients.
Strong presentation and negotiating skills.
The ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, business partners and Wells Fargo team members.
Attention to detail, ability to think "outside the box" and a strong work ethic.
Very good computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
4 year degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the skills necessary to carryout creative marketing plans and achieve aggressive sales goals.
* Preferred Skills:Financial Services industry and/or payroll services industry.
Previous use of customer contact/resource management software.
