Performance Profile: The purpose of this position is to support the wide range of internal management analysis and reporting requirements for the Global Human Resources Group. Primary duties are planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting of HR related costs, including capital projects. Will work closely with the corporate accounting department. Other responsibilities will include preparing presentations and other ad hoc analysis as required. Assimilate data and present in a logical format. Research anomalies and prepare variance explanations.

This position will report to the CPO and requires senior leadership and delivery skills.

Position Specific Requirements:
4-7 years related experience within a corporate/divisional finance department.
At least 4 years P&L and variance analysis experience.
Senior management experience

Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Advanced knowledge MS Excel
Ability to tie tasks and deliverables together after analyzing details
Ability to be flexible and handle tight deadlines
Powerpoint presentation skills to support the CPO
