Budget Control Analyst - Professional Products

The company's comprehensive product line includes networked multifunction devices; digital and analog copiers (color and black and white); printers, scanners, image filing systems, and facsimile machines; camcorders, cameras and lenses; and semiconductor, broadcast and medical equipment.

Supporting Canon's Professional Products Division, the budget control analyst will be responsible for monitoring the department's budget including updating expenses/invoices, tracking expenses, analyzing variances and preparing necessary accruals. This position will interface with business administration and corporate budget departments. Additionally, this analyst will be responsible for coordinating and tracking payments for our Explorers of Light Program for professional photographers. The individual will be required to create, analyze and interpret data.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in the financial arena. Primarily working with budget planning and data/sales analysis. Background in business/sales administration and budgeting, and a working knowledge of corporate budgeting/accounting procedures is required. Strong mathematical background highly desired. Working knowledge of MS Office Package is necessary. Advanced Excel skills is mandatory. Individual should possess strong written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail. Presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff are important. Bachelor's degree is required.
