Branch Operations Support Analyst II (or Senior Analyst, based on experience)

Corporate Center - Columbus, OH - Polaris



Provides accurate and efficient telephone support to retail branch banking employees by answering questions, interpreting and resolving problems related to policy, procedures, legal and compliance. Identifies and escalates issues that may have widespread implications. Keeps abreast of changes in rapidly changing and complex retail banking environment. Uses strong retail bank procedural and legal/compliance knowledge base and analytical skills to recommend appropriate, immediate solutions for which there are no documented procedures. Senior Analyst position serves as go-to expert, backs up Service Manager and serves as Manager on Duty as needed. Hours are Monday - Friday 10am-7pm (or 11am - 8pm) and include every third Saturday and one Sunday per quarter.

REQUIREMENTS
Two+ years branch banking experience minimum, in multiple job families. Four years required for Senior Analyst. Strong probing, listening, analytical, problem solving, and customer-focused interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of branch operations, retail products and services. Ability to independently learn new information, quickly, and to apply to the needs of branch banking employees. Self-motivated, innovative and a strong team player. Ability to remain empathetic and serve as customer advocate while following bank policy. Ability to remain focused while multi-tasking. Sr. Analyst position requires above-average and proven leadership skills.
